naked and alone
in a hot steamy sauna
i sweat and smile and feel good
i wonder about things
its dark and quiet
i decide on a perfect ceremony
i lay back
and put my legs
up the wall
way high up
back flat on the floor
and smiled
for a long time
then went upside down
handstand
headstand
flips
it was bliss
and more
alone
in that hot room
sweating it out
getting it out
dripping
and flipping around
that day
in that hot dark small room
alone
far away
from home
still
feeling good
